On May 18 we have prepared a unique experience in a very special environment for those crazy about ibérico. An intensive and immersive therapy to become true specialists in the jamón ibérico.

The Ibericomio.es team together with the master cutter Iván Martínez will offer us a Master Class on jamón ibérico using exclusive knife sets from Aceros Hispania.
A different and fun experience accompanied by a commented tasting of the wines of the Guallart de Viala Winery.

The ham therapy will begin at 11:00 a.m . with an approximate duration of 3 hours.
This intensive session of HamTherapy is divided into three parts:
(a) Basic training
- The ibérico pig and the Dehesa
- The process of making the jamón ibérico
- Choosing the perfect ibérico for every occasion
(b) Practical development
- Initiation to ham cutting
- Tricks to get the best slices
c) Enjoy the result.
- Tasting of the ham accompanied by other viands
- Pairing with wines from the Ignacio Guallart de Viala wineries.
At the end of the Intensive Therapy, all attendees will receive theirOfficial Certificate of ibérico Therapist along with some very special gifts.
