From Salvaleón, Badajoz, Señorío Porrino produces an exquisite homemade piece following the same rigorous and high-quality process that allowed it to win the Golden Ham Award in 2016 at the Iberian Ham Salon in Jerez de los Caballeros.
The yield of a shoulder is around 30% and it is important to know that these pieces always have greater bacon coverage to allow the meat to keep all its juiciness.
