Señorío de Porrino's 4* Ham comes from a special selection of hams that the López family has chosen to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary.
A ham that comes from animals that, during the fattening stage, have been fed on grass, fruits of the trees of the Extremadura forests and herbs. Always in the surroundings of the Extremaduran countryside.
This is what is known in the Iberian sector as out-of-the-norm ham.
