Paleta Selection made in an artisanal way in Salvaleón, Badajoz.

Shoulders from animals raised on our farms and fed on selected cereals.

From Salvaleón, Badajoz, Señorío Porrino produces an exquisite homemade piece following the same rigorous and high quality process that allowed it to win the Golden Ham Award in 2016 at the Salón del Jamón Ibérico de Jerez de los Caballeros.

The yield of a shoulder is around 30% and it is important to know that these pieces always have greater bacon coverage to allow the meat to keep all its juiciness.
