Exquisite Paleta not covered by the Iberian norm made with the front limbs of pigs fed freely in the Dehesa.
For Sierra de Monfragüe customers we have selected an Iberian shoulder weighing more than 7 kg. that will allow to obtain greater performance to the palette. It has a minimum curing time of 24 months, this shoulder not covered by the Iberian norm gets a meat that is juicier than that of the Iberian field bait ham.
