The jamón de bellota 75% ibérica San Ingelmo comes from Iberian pigs raised in the Valdelazarza pastures in Horcajo Medianero and the Navalcuervo pasture in Palacios de Salvatierra, in the vicinity of the Sierra de Béjar and Candelario.
This ham is made in the traditional way by the Ingelmo family who raise all their animals in the countryside of Salamanca. Iberian pigs that have enjoyed a large amount of bellota in the montanera months.
The Ingelmo family sends this ham directly from their drying sheds to your home.
