Traceability is guaranteed in each and every one of the Iberian pieces that are cured in the dryers of Vitigudino, capital of the region of Arribes del Duero.

Only the 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham or the most selected Iberian ham of bait field are chosen by the partners of Dehesa Grande for marketing.

This cooperative is nationally recognized for the quality of its cattle. Being an international reference as a producer of the -Protected Geographical Indication- PGI Morucha de Salamanca.

Among other recognitions, this Cooperative is certified and approved to serve its beef to customers as demanding as Carrefour or McDonalds.

Compré jamón Vitigudino, vitola roja (bellota 50% ibérico). Está bueno pero lo he encontrado un poco crudo a la izquierda de la cadera... lo he empezado por la maza. Venía de comprar una paletilla 100% bellota 1910 y la verdad es que he echado en falta un poco de intensidad de sabor.
