The 100% ibérica Double F field fattening paleta comes from Fabián Díaz's carefully guarded 100% ibérica breed herd. In this case, we are dealing with pigs that did not manage to fatten up sufficiently on the fruits of holm oak and cork oak within the deadlines established by the standard for a pig of 100% ibérico bellota. In this case, they are kept in the field feeding on grasses, grasses, other fruits or supplemented with high-quality feed until they reach their weight for slaughter. This is how they achieve this spectacular 100% ibérica field bait paleta.
With the aforementioned feeding and extensive management, we achieve a 100% ibérica field bait paleta whose quality is close to a paleta of bellota 100% ibérica.
The popsicles have an oleic acid index between 51% and 53%.

The DobleF 100% Iberian Field Fattening Shoulder comes from pure 100% Iberian pigs from Fabián Díaz's farm, which did not reach the necessary weight to be classified as 100% Iberian acorns within the required timeframe.
