Exquisite Iberian shoulder of Cebo Campo made with the front limbs of the renowned Iberian pig that gives rise to the famous Iberian Ham Dehesa de Extremadura.
With an approximate weight of 4.5 kg. and a minimum curing time of 15 months, this Campo Ibérica Cebo Shoulder achieves a juicier meat than that of the Iberian field bait ham.
This palette of bait field with 75% Iberian breed comes from animals raised by Marta's family in their Dehesa El Ternezuelo.
