During its fattening stage, the fattening of this Iberian Cebo de Campo ham has been supplemented with selected feed.
With a traditional curing process of 2 to 3 years in natural drying rooms next to the cold and dry climate of Monesterio, this ham acquires an unrivalled aroma and flavour.
The ham is made by the renowned cutter Jesús García for his brand Arte Corte.
