Jamones y Embutidos Jierrito Alejo, since 1910 it has been dedicated to the artisanal production of sausages and salting of pork hams ibérico. The only company in the Dehesa de Extremadura that ONLY uses salt as the ONLY ingredient, being an ADDED PLUS to be valued.

The 4th generation of JIERRITO, Raquel Pérez Vidal, proudly runs the oldest Iberian ham factory in bellota of Jerez de los Caballeros.

Surrounded by an excellent personal team, highly qualified, I offer maximum QUALITY, personal and close treatment. Our products come from ibérica breed pigs, raised in the pastures of Extremadura, a raw material that is located at kilometre 0 and, therefore, the carbon footprint is minimal. In its hundred-year-old cellars you can breathe craftsmanship and a smell that reminds us of the dressings of the homemade slaughters of yesteryear.
