This exquisite summer barbecue is composed of:
- Iberian ribs (Approx. 0.5kg)
- Loin mogote or headboard ibérico Filleted (Approx. 0.5kg)
- Fan ibérico (approx. 0.5kg)

Spareribs
The ribs are rectangular in shape and are formed by a bony base of 14 thoracic vertebrae and their corresponding ribs. The main musculature of this piece is made up of the intercostal muscles. Perfect for stews and barbecues
Mogote or Spine Headboard.
Triangular-shaped piece that is located behind the spine at the front. It shares the same muscles with the loin, although only the portions corresponding to its insertion. Its infiltrated fat makes this piece very tasty on the grill.
Bacon
A piece made up mainly of pork fat and a small part of meat. As it is a pig raised in freedom with acorns and pastures from the pasture, this bacon is of supreme quality for its qualities against bad cholesterol and is rich in omega 3. It is good for stewing and for grilling.
Fan
Piece that is removed from the back of the headboard, under the rib. Very juicy and tender meat ideal for roasting. It is the piece of meat that is taken from the ribs of the pig. The result is thin fillets with a lot of fat infiltration. Very tasty too.
Sweet horseshoe chorizo: Ingredients: lean and pork fat, salt, paprika, garlic. With an approximate weight of 250gr. per piece, with a horseshoe shape and natural wrapping.
