- - Iberian pork certified according to the quality standard with guaranteed traceability and direct of the slaughters carried out by the Dehesa Grande Cooperative.
- - The meat is sent refrigerated and separated under vacuum to maintain all the properties and flavor.
- - Deliveries are on Tuesday/Wednesday of each week corresponding to the slaughter of the previous Friday.
- - Once at home, you can keep the meat refrigerated for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 3 months.

Dehesa Grande, Livestock Cooperative that brings together 600 farmers raising beef and Iberian pigs. It has more than 500 100% Iberian mothers.
In Dehesa Grande, the 100% Iberian acorn-fed pig is raised in freedom throughout the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. An incomparable landscape that combines the Douro River with the Dehesa Salmantina.
Traceability is guaranteed in each and every one of the Iberian pieces that are cured in the dryers of Vitigudino, capital of the region of Arribes del Duero.
Only the 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham or the most selected Iberian ham of bait field are chosen by the partners of Dehesa Grande for marketing.
This cooperative is nationally recognized for the quality of its cattle. Being an international reference as a producer of the -Protected Geographical Indication- PGI Morucha de Salamanca.
Among other recognitions, this Cooperative is certified and approved to serve its beef to customers as demanding as Carrefour or McDonalds.
