Information about Chorizo and Iberian Salchichón Dehesa Grande
Exclusive batch of traditional Iberian sausages that has chorizo and Iberian sausage. It is always presented in half pieces, that is: half Iberian chorizo of 0.5kgs and a half acorn sausage of 0.5kgs.
The Iberian sausage of the Dehesa Grande Cooperative is made according to the pork tradition of the town of Vitigudino. All the lean sausages come from Iberian pigs raised on the farms of the members of one of the most legendary cooperatives in Salamanca.
In Dehesa Grande the main ingredients of its sausages are lean and selected spices. In the case of chorizo, a good paprika. For the sausage black pepper and nutmeg are used.

This cooperative is nationally recognized for the quality of its cattle. Being an international reference as a producer of the -Protected Geographical Indication- PGI Morucha de Salamanca.
