Made in an artisanal way following the recipe passed down from generation to generation by the López family in Jerez de los Caballeros.

The Iberian sausages that make up this batch are:

  • 1 tub of Extremaduran broth (400gr approx) made with liver and lard ibérico to which different spices are added. Ideal for an energetic breakfast.
  • 1 Sweet potato black pudding (300grs approx) the most typical black pudding from Extremadura made with pork fat, potato, honey, paprika and garlic.
  • 1 Spicy potato black pudding (300grs approx) the Extremaduran black pudding that contains hot paprika to give it a unique flavor.
  • 1 Salchichón Ibérico of Homemade bellota (300grs approx) made in the traditional way.
  • 1 Chorizo Ibérico of Homemade bellota (300grs approx) with the unique recipe of the López family.
