El jamón está bueno. Es caro porque quería un producto de cerdo criado en semilibertad (cebo de campo), no enjaulado en corrales. La diferencia de sabor respecto a uno de cebo normal no es mucha, pero por lo menos sé que el cerdo tuvo un mínimo de bienestar.

Siempre da gusto tratar con gente que disfruta con su trabajo y si esaq gente se llama Apolo ya no se ouede pedir más. Un profesional como la copa de un pino.
Lo único que se me ocurre decir es que cuando lo probeis, comprobareis que ni los de bellota le hacen sombra. En una palabra EXTRAORDINARIO.
