La Caja Jamón De Bellota 100% Ibérico comes from privileged pigs, raised and fed outdoors in our fantastic natural pastures in Andalusia. This life in the open air and a careful diet give rise to pieces of the highest quality, which we then slice by hand. In keeping with our history and family tradition, we make a paleta of bellota of the highest quality during the slaughter season. Cured in our drying sheds in Santa Olalla del Cala for 36 months.
