The 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham San Ingelmo. Pata Negra comes from Iberian pigs raised in the Dehesas Valdelazarza in Horcajo Medianero and the Dehesa Navalcuervo in Palacios de Salvatierra in the vicinity of the Sierra de Béjar and Candelario.
This Pata Negra ham is the jewel in the crown of the Ingelmo family that raises all its animals in the pastures of Salamanca. Iberian pigs with a racial purity of 100% that have enjoyed a large amount of acorn in the months of montanera.
A 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham Pata Negra is characterized by less fat infiltrated from the muscle and a thin leg. In the mouth, pata negra acorn-fed ham provides fresh flavors of grass and acorn.
The Ingelmo family machine slices this ham as your order arrives and sends it directly from their dryers to your home. It will be sent along with the bones of the piece to make rich broths. Finally , it includes the Iberian ham mince with which you can delight your guests with great croquettes of authentic acorn-fed ham.
This pata negra ham is presented in approximately 30 sachets of 100grs. vacuum. This is equivalent in yield to a ham of about 6.5-7kgs.
