Our ham comes from free-range pigs, fed with feed, cereals, plants and wild fruits from farmhouses, farms and countryside, which guarantees its unrivalled quality and flavour.
Made in an artisanal way following the traditional method, our ham goes through a slow maturation process in the cellar for more than 36 months, ensuring a unique culinary experience in each bite.
