Jierrito Alejo's 75% Iberian Bellota Ham comes from a 100% Iberian mother and a 100% Duroc boar. Fed with acorns and plants from the Dehesa Extremeña
Made naturally, cured only with salt and without additives, nitrites or nitrates, following a family recipe dating back to 1910. Each slice reflects the tradition and passion for offering a ham with authentic character and flavour.
Quality recognised with the Golden Ham award -3rd place- at the Jerez de los Caballeros Iberian Ham Show in Badajoz - Extremadura.
This machine-sliced Iberian Bellota Ham is characterised by less infiltrated fat, a thinner shank and its powerful flavour and juicy texture.
