The 50% Iberian Bellota shoulder sliced and vacuum packed Sierra de Monesterio. It comes from animals that have enjoyed the pastures and herbs of the dehesa during their growth and have been primed in their montanera stage based on acorns.
The 50% Iberian acorn shoulder is made by natural means for a minimum of 24 months and is sliced by hand in the same dryer.
This ham has been awarded in 2017 with the AWARD for the BEST HAM MONESTERIO'17 in the XXVII edition of the Monesterio Ham Fair.
In addition, it has 2 "TASTE AWARDS" in recognition of its excellent taste.
